Walker & Ling is a small family business, and our staff are passionate about customer service.

We would welcome the opportunity to speak to you personally and discuss our ranges, check stock and arrange for collection or delivery.

Delivery & Returns

UK delivery:

Our delivery service is with Royal Mail and Parcelforce. For more information, please visit the Royal Mail website.

For special deliveries, or international postage, please contact us.



If you change your mind or want to cancel your order, please notify us by phone, email or in store within 14 working days.

For a full refund, goods must be returned with a receipt, in their original packaging and must be in their original sellable condition. Once the goods have been received, we will refund the full cost of the goods and original postage. 

Customers returning goods by post do so at their own risk. Any costs incurred for return postage is bourne by the customer, but we will be happy to send out exchange goods free of charge.

After 30 days, goods can be returned, with receipt, for exchange or credit. 

Walker & Ling reserve the right to refuse a refund on goods that have been used, worn or damaged. We can only accept the return of used items if they are faulty.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

  • We may use your personal information to tell you about the latest products or services that we think you will be interested in. If you prefer not to be contacted, please let us know.

  • Walker & Ling does not supply any personal information to third parties unless required to do so for legal reasons; for example in accordance with fraud prevention or with the selling of age-restricted products.

  • Walker & Ling will not use your financial information for any purposes other than to process your order.

Your order:

  • When you place an order with Walker & Ling, we will need to know your name, address, contact details (telephone and/or email) and payment details.

  • Your details will be handled only by the members of staff dealing with your order, as necessary.

The Website

Whilst we have made every effort to accurately represent products on this website, the product images are for illustration only, and may not represent the products we hold in stock, for example in terms of shade, size or shape. Furthermore, the products on this website represent a small sample of a constantly changing stock that we hold in store. As such, the products listed on this site will change, and will not necessarily represent the products that we have in store. If there are discrepancies and errors with the products listed on this website, please let us know and we will make amendments accordingly.

The technology behind this website is safe, secure and reliable. However, in the instance of technical errors, it is possible that products may be misrepresented or your order may be misplaced. On those occasions, we apologise for any inconvenience caused; please contact us if you have questions or experience issues with the website technology.


Prices on the website are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Walker & Ling retains the right to change prices of any goods or services offered. Once you have placed an order with us, the price of the goods and postage is guaranteed.

Order & Payment

Payment must be made over the phone. Payment can be made using all major debit and credit cards, or by cheque. Once payment is received, your order will be processed.

Once you have placed an order, it will be processed on either the same or next working day. We aim to deliver within 5 working days. In the event of a special order, we may need to contact our suppliers on your behalf, and your order may take a little longer.

Whilst we will make every effort to fulfil your order requests, it may not always be possible to process and complete your order with us. If payment cannot be made using the details we receive, we will not be able to complete your order and we will contact you to arrange an alternative. There may also be occasions when your order cannot be completed because of internal errors, which might include: lost orders, stock errors or technical website errors. In these instances, we apologise for any inconvenience, and will contact you to arrange an alternative.
